App will not update .... Says its installing but isnt ... Any suggestions?

Why cant we download this app to IPhone 4S?

This is one of the worst apps that Ive ever downloaded!!!! Never get this app! Once youve used this app to change a photo, you can never get the original back. This app will ruin your photo album and everything in it! Plus, they ruin the effect and memories of your pic by adding credits. Getting this will b the worst mistake of your life!

Beyond horrible... I just downloaded it and Im bombarded with apps and when I try to zoom it messed it up needs calibration and shows my picture twice.. Bad app

You have to be SUPER careful when splashing because of the brush sizes and the screen sizes

The app is pretty good. The only part that I really dislike is the "powered by color splash" thingy on the top of a pic when you are done editing it. That makes the pic look very tacky. Hate it.
